One of the Mermaid Properties Plc/Ltd achievements is complex renovation of the previous production factory which is known now as the office building Prosta 69 Business Centre.
The building has been totally modernized and equipped with the modern interior systems (air-conditioning, mechanical ventilation, heating and telecommunication).
High-standard of the office area and the modern glass-aluminum-granite front elevation transformed the old production building into a modern class B office block.
The building has been bought by Endurance company managed by Orco Group.

• "River House" - finised residential area in Warsaw's district of Powiśle in Bluszczańska Street;

• "Jasna 26" - renovation of the prestigious tenement house with the building of the annexe in Warsaw's Dąbrowski square;
